A quick word on Points–

Here at Misfit, we measure your day by points rather than just steps. Why? Because there is more to health and fitness than just steps and some steps count more than others. For instance, a one mile stroll down a beach path may technically be the same number as steps as a 2 mile sprint up Mount Whitney but both activities aren’t exactly equals and we recognize that. By using points, we can award more points for vigorous activity and give you credit where credit is due.
